Randy Johnson

Randy Johnson is a State Of Tennessee licensed home inspector, who received his certification through the Home Inspection Institute, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. Randy also has a degree in Civil Engineering and has worked in the medical field of rehabilitation in manufacturing, engineering, quality control and safety, and field services for over 30 years. He fully understands the importance of safety and quality in a home. Randy is also an inspector in the Chattanooga and surrounding area for US INSPECT, who is the nation’s leading employee-based inspection services firm for corporate relocating, whose reputation is built on decades of honesty, integrity and excellent service to their residential customers and corporate clients. My realtor contacted Randy with House Calls Inspection on a Monday to schedule an inspection of a town house that we had made an offer on. Randy scheduled a time the next day with the realtor to do the inspection and he and his partner conducted the inspection. I talked to Randy later that day just to find out if he had found any major issues with the town house. He was very informative of what he had found and said that he would have the report ready for me the next day. He called the next day as he promised and said that he had the report ready and wanted to set up a time to bring it by my house. Due to some other commitments, I was not able to meet with him until the next evening. He provided me with a note book of his report and went over his findings in detail. The inspection that he had conducted was very detailed along with pictures and provided me with the information that I needed. The house we were looking at was a foreclosure, vacant for almost 3 years. The backyard was extremely overgrown and the entrance to the crawl space was covered. Randy crawled over the thorns and thicket and inspected under the house for almost an hour. My wife and I recently purchased a new home and used “House Calls Inspection, LLC” to do our home inspection.

We were extremely pleased with the service they provided. They arrived on time and were very detailed and focused in their work. They discovered quite a few issues that needed to be addressed.
